So… you’ve cycled through the pain of letting go of both a loved one and your identity with that person, and are now feeling a little stuck. Anxious even. Or maybe you’ve walked away from a situation that has you starting over again. You want to get on with your life… but the thought of being on your own, being alone, or having to “reinvent yourself ” is daunting.

Life Coaching will give you the guidance you need to jump start your life and get you going!

You can do this! I know because I’ve been there myself. I’ve even been crushed. I’ve started over a number of times, and mastered the art of reinvention in the process. An amazing career, beautifully challenging children, volunteer extraordinaire, several moves all over the country, and then wham! I hit the wall when my son passed away. Everything lost color for a while there.  I came through it somehow, but then everything was different.  I was different. And I was desperate for a make-over.

Coaching helped me when I was finally able to let go of the grief.

Coaching is a process that works with your thoughts and the meaning you give them, and helps you diffuse the ones that are causing you stress or pain. It puts you in control again. It pulled me back into a world filled with color and hope, enabling me to write a whole new chapter of my life, with the guidance of my new manifesto:
